Welcome to the
2026 Cabin Crew Awards

We are delighted to welcome you to the ninth annual Cabin Crew Awards, taking place in Barcelona at the stunning Atzavara Hotel.

This year’s celebration brings together over 200 exceptional Cabin Crew from across the Ryanair Group. You have been selected from over 17,000 Crew Members, and your invitation is recognition of your exceptional customer service, operational standards, and engagement throughout the year.

This year, there will be 10 award categories recognising our Best Overall Performers: Duty Free, Operational Excellence, Scratch Cards, Fresh Food, Perfumes, Cosmetics & Gifts, Bar & Liquor, Customer Satisfaction, Overall Junior, and Overall No. 1.

The excitement doesn't stop there! New for this year, one lucky crew member will win a brand-new car!

Throughout the event, you’ll enjoy a full agenda, including a circus-themed evening on the first night, a vibrant poolside trade show, and the highlight of our Cabin Crew Awards: the Gala Awards Ceremony.

The Inflight & Retail teams are here to help, so please let us know what we can do to make your experience even more memorable.

Congratulations and welcome – let the celebrations begin!
